The P.I. of PEPSI is Prof. Dr. Klaus G. Strassmeier.  The project scientist is Dr. Ilya Ilyin, and the instrument scientist is Dr. Michael Weber. While PEPSI is a PI instrument at LBT, the point of contact for users is the P.I.
